Paxtons Estate Agents is located in the heart of the community on Paxcroft Mead in Hilperton, where you will find free parking on our doorstep. We are the nearest Estate Agent to all the local villages including Steeple Ashton, West Ashton, Semington, Bulkington and Keevil.

Our standard fee for selling your property is 1.0% + VAT, with a minimum fee of £2500.00 + VAT. There are optional extras available such as drone photography and drone video at extra cost.
